Sometimes a comment like this is ambiguous. It could be a simple truism. But I'm inferring perhaps that is unlikely. I'm inferring that the commenter believes they have justifiable certainty regarding their interpretation of Scripture in the matter central to this article. Perhaps the commenter has studied the matter intently. Perhaps the commenter has considered the meaning of the relevant texts in their original literary, grammatical, cultural and historical context. Doing all the research that such a task involves. Or .... it's possible that he commenter simply believes they have the correct interpretation because it has been the dominant interpretation for some time. A safe bet. But sometimes not the best bet. As in many other dominant interpretations that that have been abandoned over the centuries. Again, I may be reading too much into the commenters comment, but I don't think. If not, it wearies me, having heard so often.
